Man, as far as I can tell... #Destiny2 basically just screwed everyone over with this switch from Battle.net to Steam. I had been busting my doing side mission and avoiding the main game most of the time to get to power 505 (level 50). And now, with this move to Steam, it starts me at power 750 (levels don't seem to exist any more), which would be cool, but now every mission's recommended power is 750. Thus, I busted my the past month for absolutely nothing. This is pretty… See More
ridiculous.
I can't be the only one that is pissed about this.
I'm the type of player that likes to "skill" for hours so when I do the main story missions, I don't end up doing an hour quest, just to die on the final guy and end up having to do 99% of the hour quest all over again. Well, this move by Bungie has completely killed all the work I put in this past month. So I am none too happy about it.
I would probably be a lot happier if I had never paid a dime for the game and now could play it for free, like everyone else that had never paid for it before.

in 1 way I'm happy to be 750 (i was around 742 and struggeling to get higher),
In other way it makes me wonder what do I have to do now, cant upgrade weapons because that requires something I have no idea how to get but it wouldnt surprise me if that's for people who have bought the latest expansion, so I would be depending on weapon drops of weapons I like to use because now blue items are even mid to high 760 range.
So now if I login I probably only do PvP stuff and some strikes that's about it.

I was going to switch but then they made it free to play so I just left it where it was
