Here's an exercise to do that I know will help for depression. One has to follow through with it though. When battling depression focus your thoughts on just one thing that you know your good at. Then follow up and do that thing, whether it's riding your bicycle writing poetry, or vacuuming the rugs. It's very rudimentary, yet powerful technique to help battle depression and will change ones state of mind. When depression is draining us of our will, of all those things that make us who we are, try… See More
if you can, to think about just one thing that can help change your state of mind. Just do it my friend, believe me it works! It won't solve all our problems at once, but helps immensely to focus, and help realize there's always a way to address depression, that actually works to help change our state of mind. Once we have changed our state of mind, believe me it's not far from there to begin solving our problems in a more objective manner. Thank you for reaching out Nicky, and know this we care about you and wish you all the best this world has to offer. We are of course a Tribe and this Clan looks out for one another. Peace brother!

As everyone has said, ending it all isn't the answer. Just look at the comments already. There are lots of people here that have felt the way you do, have myself a few times, best solution to it is just having a good friend to talk to and there are alot of them in this community.

I'm probably not the right person to cheer you up right now since I'm fighting a depression of my own, but as dark as it might seem, ending it all is not the answer.
Seek help. Even if the post you wrote is a cry for help, you might need professional help.
I went on far to long trying to ignore all the symptoms, but I finally admitted to myself that I needed help. I'm now on medication and getting counseling.
So please don't give up, Nicky! Find your way back to your life.

it might be hard sometimes but you should never give up, many good things are waiting I'm pretty sure of it, sometimes everything goes the wrong way altogether, but it gets better, happened to me many times,
besides I'm pretty sure there's alot of people who love you and will not want to see you go,
don't hold your feelings, get it all out, find someone who you can trust to tell him everything.
i wish you the best man

Ending your life never solves anything...it just creates more heartache for those left behind. Think how your children will feel growing up without you. You are stronger than that. Talk to someone...anyone...
People can be cruel and selfish but you don't have to let it get you down that far.
You took the first step by posting...now take next step and talk to someone.

Whoa man, I'm sorry to hear things are going that way. We're all here for you and ending it is never a solution. I've been down that road so believe me, I get where you're at but, trust me, it does get better. Please feel free to message me or anyone here if you need to talk and if nothing else, please get some help. It's a very permanent solution to what usually ends up being a temporary problem.
