I see buying a game as a form of "Thank you" to the developers, especially if it's a game I enjoy and end up playing for a long time. It's about telling these guys that they did a good job, I like the result, and that they should keep up doing what they're doing. I know the reality isn't as rosy as I'd like and money goes to some big company most of the time, but even so, I hope it finds its way to the people that deserve it.

For me It's the type of the game, and the reviews of the game!

Whenever I buy a game, I look at it as a form of investment rather than fun since I will be spending good hours on that game if I buy it so that means I really like it and I want to show the devs my appreciation for the amazing work.

For me It's the genre of the game, the style of the game (rally vs track as an example), but ultimately it comes down to the design style, mechanics and build quality of a game that makes my choice for me

It just has to be fun! Next Generation graphics and all the bells and whistles can't cover up a bad game.

A game that worth buying is a work of art. It's not only tells a story, it makes player to live into the story. Understand it and feel through every second of game play. What motivates me buy a game? A story worth to live in.

The gameplay is important the review not so important I think we have our own taste of game . If you play on PC the graphics and gameplay will be an eyecandy of course if you play on console I think the gameplay will be the selling point..

Often what will motivate me too purchase a game is if my friends really like it and recommend it to me. I'm also motivated to buy games if they are cooperative and social.

What Motivates me to purchase a game, I would have to say a couple of things really, first off is if I have seen it being played before and it catches my attention, a Good Story in some Games, sometimes things that either look Challenging or has fast paced fun. Possibly a good Discount on the game I am looking at to buy. My final thing is if it can make me be immersed in the game for so long that I look up and nearly half or all the day has gone by.

The story and reviews. Movie critics are hard to agree with, but most major companies that critique games know their s#!t
