I just got supended on X, not sure if I want to appeal...
I was in a discussion about Frontier: Elite II - someone asked if there was a remake as they could not get the original to work on current hardware. I suggested they try glFronteir by Tom Morton.
I quit this cesspool long before it became X. Get out of there and go to BlueSky.

X gets the most amount of social activity for BEAM at x.com/BEAMStreamGG.
Otherwise I personally do not use it any longer.

I use it for competition entries occasionally, but rarely interact on it otherwise.
Seems it might run in DOSBOX, though that will be with the original graphics etc, when GLFrontier seems to improve them.
Depends on the experience they want.
