I learned a new word. "En****tification"
This Wired article does a great job explaining why platforms become so terrible.
It's easy to see why GTribe has remained a nice place to be. It firmly resists the temptation of enshittification.

TikTok was built to be that way. There is a reason it is banned in it's home country. The Chinese use Douyin which is their Tik Tok made by the same company but it does not allow the content that is on TikTok.

Not a fan of this word as it's just vulgar for no reason and that to me, in this context, is just "clickbait-y" to grab eyes. I do like the article as to how it explains the meaning of the word. I cuss like a sailor but this is just a lazy uncreative use of the 💩 word.
