Trying to copy my windows drive to my new m.2 but without partitions as my old one is 120gb and my new one is 1tb. The cloning software ive tried is only creating it as a partition of 120gb with a gigantic recovery area. I've already wiped a drive by accident. Can anyone help me? #help

it's actually not as bad as it sounds man. Just edit the partitions on the m2 drive using your favourite patition editor. The recovery drive partition size really doesn't matter, as long as it's there. Jayz2Cents actually did a video not too long ago on how to do just this sort of thing.
Short version, if the M2 drive boots, then your fine, just resize partitions and your ready to rock and roll. The partiton software will force a reboot cause you can't resize partititons on an active drive but… See More
other than that it really isn't that big of a deal.

That's the partiton editor I use and I've never had a problem. If you need a hand with it let me know.
Edit: Here's the link for the video from JayZTwoCents :

Macrium Reflect Free edition I would recommend
www.macrium.com/reflectfree I think there is a way to clone, I forgot, if not then just backup your current one and have it restore onto the m.2 then reboot as the m.2 as the primary.
