I think I'm going to start saving towards these parts: pcpartpicker.com/list/WNjDV6
Give me your opinions. I do plan on moving some hardware from this current rig to it (like my PSU and hard drives). I'm still on the fence with the case, although I've had it before and LOVED it. I just want to be able to do some custom paint work on it (or vinyl wrap it).
Great choices start saving and hopefully Ryzen 3 will be released

Looks great, but I am going to parrot a bit of what Jonathan and Abdelrahman have said. The VRMs on the MSI B boards are weaker than others, and going up to an X470 will help futureproof for the 3xxx and 4xxx series. Though if you are set on a B450 board, the GIGABYTE B450 Aorus Pro Wifi is a great board with better VRMs than the MSI one. They are still weaker than on say a Crosshair VII or Aorus X470 Gaming series, but better than the MSI ones.
That said, running at stock with a 2700X… See More
you will not run into an issue. It is coming into the 3xxx series and above which may have higher power draw, and overclocking that will see limitations.

as jonathan said x470 should be better but i suggest waiting for the ryzen 3000 series.

Only thing I am seeing that I would do different is an X470 board instead, as it will house future ryzen cpu's nicely with better VRM's to support them if you decide down the road to do any of the new ryzen cpu's coming out. And just in general should yield better temps and stability because of having better VRM's.
