10 mins to to put the system together on my test bench and begin burn in's and test times to make sure all my parts together worked as ordered. 24 hours later put it all in my case because I always stick with stock settings and air cooling by default. Water cooling is just to much work and none of the current water coolers last half as long as my awesome air cooling systems.
3-6 hours. You do not want to rush a quality PC. By the time you add all of the extras. The cooling and all the hard drives. The extra fans to cool the beast down.
To be honest I used to assemble PCs in 2 hours back in the day. Now I find a place online (normally) that is respected and will assemble the parts I want. I may pay a bit more but normally I get a better overall warranty and lifetime tech support. I do price out my pc parts to ensure I am getting a fair value. The PC I have now was built in Nov '17 and cost 250 USD over I what I priced out. Maybe, I am just getting lazy in my old age.

30 min for the initial build, being cautious, meticulous. Fired it up and tests. Then later on came the cable management: a neverending process LOL

3-6 hours to built, but incredibly still if we count the cosmetics - custom work! Well I have a powerful beast with 8 hard drives...

3-6. I like to take my time and put a part in wipe it down look and then so on. That way it stays a little fresher for longer in my mind.
