We've updated GTribe with a public beta of our new technology named Dynamic Feed Anchor.
One of the most consistent complaints we receive is that GTribe does not remember your place on the News Feed once you click an internal link. In fact, most people launch multiple tabs to deal with this annoyance.
Because GTribe uses Responsive Web Design [i.e.the site resizes itself based on the size of your browser's window] this new Anchor technology has been difficult to implement, but we're excited… See More
to release our first beta version for you to test.
How to Test it: Either on the GTribe Android app or the Web site, while scrolling down the News Feed, click on an internal link [one that keeps you on GTribe] and then use the Back button to return to the News Feed. This action should dynamically take you to the post you were reading when you clicked the link.
clicking to a page (ex GTribe) works, clicking to a profile and pressing back doesn't, the url does update but the page does not

-Update- So the feature works on the main feed only. Not sure if thats the only place it has been implemented or not. When loading a specific article and going through the comments, if you click on a profile for instance, clicking the back button keeps you on that page and seems to take you to their comment section for their profile.

Hey it's not working for me. Clicking on a link takes me to the new page but hitting back just keeps me on the same page.

Yeah, it doesn't work... It doesn't work bad enough that I would like it reversed...
