It's free. Having two kids on a single income in one of the most expensive states in the US does not really allow for $60 game purchases It would be tax time before I could even THINK about buying it...there are more important things that I have to buy...it would be nice to play though.

Because I want to test my new hardware on my PC. I haven't been able to get any new games for over half a year to test it with. If I could I would have gotten Fallout 4 by now. Don't have it.
