I love racing games and dirt is all around fun. Its fun to drift around the corners and get your car dirty.

If by get dirty you mean rolling around in mud and grit, well I'd join the military for that and do it to keep my buddies alive; however if you yeah dirty as in play DiRT, well it's because Codemasters has finally taken a half decent approach at a racing game for once, and put some proper simulation and physics aspects into it, handling being mainly noticeable. Other than that, for both interpretations, because it'd be fun!
