i have a RGB LED strip. its what im using now. if you see to the left of my monitor. you will see a controller. i can change the colours of my leds or make a sequence. or turn them off. its great!

I have problems with my eyes where light bugs them, that is why I keep my PC to my left even though I am right handed, the left side has a huge blue lit panel. (Won't disconnect it, makes a great nightlight for when my friends kids spend the night) But this does look really good.
