well the reason i purchase a game? that's not a simple question there and it does not provide a simple reply. One reason im so motivated to purchase video games is because i love the whole immersion i get when i play a game. When I get the new experience i don't see it as a game, i see it as an experience, i get attached to the characters. You should see my parents look at me weirdly for talking to the video game characters lol. I also play for the challenge, its not something that is easy to do… See More
but i will over come any challenge in a game, i don't give up at it. Its fun to be challenged. A fresh experience is always new when you purchase a game. So this is what motivates me in only a small fraction

Each video game has it own adventure within, and when I take these adventures I get to meet new people ,ones that my become my allies or even close friends , I get to travel to new places and explore beautiful worlds and I get to do all of this for just 60 dollars , sometimes even less. What motivates me the most to buy videos games is the awesome experience I receive from playing each and every video game I purchase.

I feel any game that immerses you in its world is what attracts me. a game can do this in many ways, through outstanding visual effects or a compelling story line - the true masterpieces are the ones that can combine both well!

What motivates me to purchase a game... There's a myriad of reasons for it, but mainly I purchase games to support the developers who worked long and hard to make the game. I normally check out gameplay videos or download a demo version (which are becoming significantly harder to find, mainly because developers aren't bothering to create them). With some developers, their track records come into play as well (which should explain why I haven't purchased a game that has an EA logo for several years… See More
