the fact that to help the developers, we all have been a pirate at a time and some of us have started our gaming like that only, but now I support buying the games not pirating!

The look of a game is important but it needs a good story to really pull me in. In some cases though I'm just drawn to a game for reasons I cannot fully comprehend.

Usually, decent reviews but has to be something that I am interested in also. Or pennies in the steam sale/humble bundle.
