The only right answer in my opinion is enjoyment, I have to really love what I see in reviews, video and written. The game has to really drag me in to its world and make me able to see the game as it was meant to be, when funds are tight (like always) a game has to be much more than just another game I need to know I'll enjoy it!

Interest is what motivates me into purchasing a game, I will purchase a game if it meets the genre I am interested in, or generally is part of a series of various games that I am interested in.

What motivates me to purchase a game is all about mind boggling quests, puzzles, adventures, stunning graphics and uniqueness because most of my gamer friends tend to play the mainstream ones and do not want to ever focus on these kinds of games.

Mostly to play with friends, if not, then to have a small oasis of peace during the finals, and after!

Bringing something new to the gaming scene, or if it manages to bring more perfection to things we already know.
