Another reason I'm particularly even more averse to being social is that it shows my legal name instead of my user name for everything. For me, it's horrible enough that for "verification" purposes I have to legally use it... really dislike having to also SEE it in use. It really makes me want to never comment or say anything. It wouldn't be so bad if I could choose to use a name I'm actually known by irl or my user name.
