You will have a checkmark by your name if you are verified, I believe the red dot is an indicator that you are active and logged in on The GTribe website.

Kurt just find a non offensive profile picture and upload it bro, I don't believe it must be a picture of yourself. I would ask Angel Munoz to confirm this though.
