So my little car has chosen death.
It started with the drivers door cable snapping, then the next day there was a whining sound that sounded like it was coming from the airco compressor.
Yesterday the whine suddenly changed to a very loud squeal.
This morning when I went out to it the gearbox died, first it wouldn't go into any gear but two resets later it decided to try and get into first but failed with a very loud grinding noise, after that it just will not grab any gear so it's dead in the… See More

So at this point it is no longer economically viable to try and do anything with it so it gets to take a truck ride to the scrap yard.
