I don't understand why my personal information have to match with my information from government identification card. Here where I live, in Poland, you can have post address different from your official report address which you have in your ID card. For practical reasons I'm often away from my official address and I would like to pick up possible prizes where for me is comfortable. If the GT has a problem with cheaters then let hire better IT specialists.
