A hacker hacked my Steam account and messed with my Grand Theft Auto V.
Now Rockstar had BANNED ME. Appealing in progress. Unhappy with Rockstar.

Just got GTA 5 and GTA Online! Anyone able to lead me through the basics and help me to gain some ranks?  

Is it just me, or does everyone use this many parts to install a basic entry level custom rig? Because I counted over 40 individual components -_-

Is an EVGA 430W PSU www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=… good enough to power an EVGA GTX 950 Reference Card + an AMD Athlon x4 880K Black Edition?
Not sure since Athlon is quite power hungry despite it's average performance.
