We're getting closer to finishing our first river table.
The project had to sit awhile after staining before we could do this pour. Last night was the final top pour on the top. We decided to do the same pour on the bottom later this week and then we'll add legs.
There are a few unique artistic aka flaws (or mistakes) that we will consider as lessons learned when we stsrt the next one.
We're at the 600 grit sanding level. The wood is just wet at the moment. Staining comes later.
New hobbies -

That's looks amazing. I hope we get a picture when it's all polished I've always wanted a "river" like epoxi table

OK People I have a problem - I have an HP EliteBook 850 and the battery is SHOT. For reasons I'm required to use an OEM battery which HP doesn't make anymore (from what I've been told).
Are any of you the type that never throws any tech out? Do you have a working OEM battery for the HP EliteBook 850 that you would be willing to part with? I'm off to drive three hours to pick one up from our tech guys that may or may not work - and I wont know until I put it in my laptop and plug it in.

- seriously the worst that happens is that I have to get a new laptop and wait for our build group to tweak it - which may take a bit with what is going on right now.

You can get them on Amazon. They don't have to be OEM but have to be designed for HP laptops. Search the battery model number
