So my ISP has completely shut down it's customer service phone number. No internet for the past 3 days and some people with even 8 weeks of failures. Calls were all redirected to a busy line. No explanation at all, and now all social media full of complaints about the situation. Seems like after 8pm everything starts back up, but at around 6am, everything shuts down again.
