Tis true to what the others said. There is only 3 that I sometimes promote at times: Fanatical, Humble Bundle, and Indie Gala. Yes, none of them are ever comparable to something like the place you posted or most other, but as stated, it goes in a question of ethical in addition to potential fraud (which is already 70% likely). You know those ones that get scammed to give Steam Gift Cards? Sometimes, that is what you're purchasing.

While I do not mind honest competition on a level playing field, you’re promoting fraud as that’s how most of those keys are obtained. Keep on laughing until one day your games stop working, as has happened before with grey market keys.

Here’s a rhetorical question for you, who makes more money Steam or these shady vendors? Steam obviously, so a low price is not everything.

The question of using 3rd party sites goes from an ethical issue to a legal one depending on how they get the keys. IF the third party resellers are legitimately paying for the keys and not stealing them or using stolen credit cards to get said keys is the decisive factor. Since you can't verify how they were obtained steering away from said sites is a good idea to prevent falling for a scam or identity theft.
