I talked to my daughter for the first time in years and we instantly bonded and told each other we loved each other!!! We talked for an hour or so, I was so overwhelmed with emotions that my fight-or-flight mental defense mechanism when I am stressed or anxious, I explained it to her and gave the phone back to Ma.

I called her the next day and we talked for hours!
