This is not the quietest place on earth (it has been measured as low as -24.9dB) that i was referencing in an earlier post. Never been here (though i have been in some padded rooms). The quietest place i have been to exists outside in the natural world (actual dB unknown to me). It was quiet enough that i could hear my own heartbeat and blood flow and as i would describe the sensation, where you could 'hear yourself think'. Probably the most amazing auditory experience i have ever had.
