Been using the Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical for a few days now and I can already feel a difference in my thumb. Less pain for sure. It's going to take a while to get back to the accuracy I had in my FPS games though, so I have stopped playing Stalker 2 until I improve by getting practice in with slower games.
I'm also going to an ear clinic tomorrow to get micro-suction done on my left ear so I can hear again. I won't be using cotton buds (Q-tips for my American cousins) again, that's for sure! The… See More
last week has been horrible. No hearing in my left ear and constant tinnitus, 24 hours a day.

i remember when i used to be able to hear without a constant 24-7 electronic buzz-hum-chirp in my ears (for the last 30+ years). Aah, those were the days.
Excluding sensory deprivation tanks, i also remember the quietest place on earth that i have ever been to where you could quite literally hear yourself think.
Anyhoo, glad to hear that the thumb drive is doing better and hope that Mr. Miyagi successfully helps you with the waxing off technique.

Never used Q-tips... the most horrible packer of earwax on the planet. I clean my ear with peroxide and sometimes get a cleaning from my doctor. As far as your thumb, I can sympathize ... after my CMC joint surgery I can now try to start playing with my controller. I tried a few minutes and felt a bit uncomfortable therefore I stopped... don't want to push it ... it's been only 5 months since my surgery. No pain anymore but have to rebuild my muscles.

Hope the treatment, and the new mouse work for you.
My issue was more pain when I had ear wax problems, to the point where I can't even recall if my hearing was affected or not. It was just secondary.
