I've been using it on and off for almost 35 years. I was already familiar with Unix as well as VMS, etc. As I was working in the IT industry. IT couldn't figure out how to share the printer. Mac OSX is OpenBSD based, so I arranged to meet with someone from IT, and introduced him to CUPS (common Unix Printing System). When I typed in the local http address on a browser, he quickly complained that no one should be running a local web server on campus. I settiled him down, as OSX cannot run without it and it's automatically blocked for outside use. Brought up the web CUPS control pannel and shown him how to share the printer. That was back when OSX still relied more upon it's OpenBSD core. it's since been replaced with Apples's do-hickey.
