Man, today was a wet one, but I made it through and have tomorrow off. To top it off, a dear friend from the Caribbean who lives nearby is testing her new Sunday roasts with a Caribbean twist on us. She surprised us by bringing over a meal for two out of the blue! Now I don't need to cook tonight! Win-win!
