Yeah, remove this patch ASAP if you are having issues with the most recent Microsoft update... My computer updated last Friday with this garbage... I ended up having hitches with my mouse, and even NVIDIA driver crashes WHILE working with a client... Thank you Microsoft for this garbage...

Not on Windows 11 yet due to stuff like this (and other reasons), though I don't think waiting is going to change much.

I'm also have this update installed and I'm a fully a AMD build and haven't had any issues thus far

It depends on your hardware. I am using 26200.7623 25H2 and have not had any issues yet.
