Recently I heard of malware which installed a VM to hide itself.
This feature I expect can certainly can be enabled should malware decide to do so.
Yes, that is something very scary.
They barely accepted the pushback against Recall, but still didn't do all that much about it.
And this is more they are refusing to take user feedback on.
I worry it is going to take some major exploitation of it before they act, at which point the damage will have been done.
But would they even then, since there is a history… See More
of this, both from their own products, and others, such as recently Crowdstrike where they don't do much, if anything at all to resolve the causes.
