This is super exciting and would be a massive help to all shared services organisations to remove communication barrier between support desk operators and internal and external customers who are speaking different languages

Watched the video. Translation capabilities of the software are good. Its fast and fluent. I don't know if there is an option to choose between couple of bot voices, that would be nice.

Now imagine the translation would use your voice and even lip synchronize... well won't be possible though, at least for the lip sync. But the voice ... I see that happen in the near future. The more you speak the better it gets.
But even in the current state it is   .
I said it before on an earlier demo: that is how I imagine the Star Trek universal translator works.
