was just looking through my browser (I'm using brave) extensions and thought it'd be interesting to know which ones y'all using. I got quite a few running, but deem them all practical and useful.
These are the ones i am using:
- Activate steam key from context menu
- Augmented Steam
- Chromium wheel smooth scroller
- ChronoBip
See More
- Click to remove element
- Controls for Youtube
- Crosspilot
- Download Manager
- Enhancer for Youtube
- FoxClocks
- I don't care for cookies
- Link Blanker
- LocalCDN
- Midnight Lizard
- Mixcloud with Tracklist
- NooBoss
- Picture in picture for Chrome
- Pocket Tube Youtube Subscription Manager
- Privacy Badger
- Recent tabs with your browser history
- Scroll to top button
- Selection search
- Simple translate
- Simple ExtManager
- Stylus
- Tiny notepad
- TransOver
- Trustpilot
- TwitchNow
- uBlock Origin
- v7 quickie zoom
- visual bookmarks
- WebRTC protect
- WikiPeek
Also, i'm using a systemwide keystroke launcher (UELI).
This is the most convenient thing ever. So far i'm using it only for websearch,
it offers a great variety of actions which i plan on activating as well.
What kind of browser extensions and software are y'all using which
you deem indispensable?
Added to read later for reference, as I plan to start with a new browser on new PC, something other than Chrome.
Firefox I don't feel is ready for that. Their latest update is all about aesthetics, really going the wrong route I feel.
I never had a good experience with that performance-wise, so would likely be something Chromium based.
