I swear I've never been more upset with a game than I have with Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I've loved the previous games. Yet, with this one, I can not figure out how to make Fire Arrows... all the examples are for console games. It is truly driving me nuts.

In some areas you can't use all weapons/features, but only few specific ones. Same for outfits too. Even after completing the game, if you go back to those areas, it'll restrict weapons and outfits.
