Because it's a really fun game. Watched someone streaming the game and from the various attacks that are used to the humor it was an enjoyable stream.

I played the Epic edition back on 2011 when it first came out. Awesome fun game...really kicked  ...literally. I also played the hell out of Duke Nukem back in the day. The idea of putting these two twisted things together in one game is pure and totally demented and I salute the sick   whos idea this was. I hope they lock him back up in the mental asylum...but right now...he is my hero dammit. Bravo sir.......bravo.
