A decent quality 500W would be more than enough for the combination you mentioned since a PC like that wouldn't consume more than arround 350W from the wall under game load. 600+ W is needed if you plan to have multiple GPU-s or some cards that consume a lot of power like the Radeon R9 290X...
500W which quality and tier make and model PSU? A high quality gold or above rated PSU would handle the job. I would recommend 600-650W good quality PSU for you. Please don't compromise on good quality PSU otherwise you would compromise all other components in your PC. Use #help tag to get more responses.
