Alienware R-4 was murdered by corner cutting on assembly line. A cap screw fell out of top cap landing on Video card mounted circuit board up of course and it too out my once $1300 gamer Main Board. A $300+ out of production mainboard replacement cost . I found while moving case across room I heard a Ka-Tink noise. A second screw fell.
