This happened last Friday where i used to work as a project supervisor for various inspection companies for a decade or so. Lots of lip service to environmental protection and worker safety from the state and the oil companies, but you cannot convince the $ guys to do the right thing without first having catastrophic loss and court orders.

As someone who worked in the oild field and on the rigs for alot of years and erected rigs on leave, there are only so many ways this could happen.
Still crazy it happened all the same .
