I had to fix my moms audio in Skyrim. The NPCs on linux had no voices working. This is seen as the general consensus to fix it | WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" %command%; WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_6=n,b" %command%" | But it DIDN'T  
So looking it over I went into the actual full configuration section of Wineprefix and found xaudio2_7 and switched it off "Native then builtin" (Which I think is what the n,b stands for) and swapped it to Native (Windows). Fixed the issues immediately.
