Looks like my 2nd M.2 slot on my NAS might not be any good First though the issues with the comp were happening because of it being a Samsung 970 Evo Plus. Swapped to my 4TB Crucial I had in my external m.2 enclosure. Same things happened soon after starting it back up where it would completely freeze it. Guess transfer will stick to RAM then *Shrugs* LOL.
Note it might also be because I Have in there also a 10gbps NIC card along with a Sata expansion card. So I am loading up the slots to bare… See More
on the Asus TUF board maybe but yeah. transferring files to the NAS has no issues on TrueNAS without the NVME cache... Now I need to see what I'm going to do with these 2 NVME SSDs!
Also I am installing that Samsung into my laptop so I can get the firmware updated considering the issues they may still have... I can't do it from the USB enclosure... It won't let me -_-+
