***Edit*** So yeah, it WORKS, but Ubuntu was NOT happy about it with the updates. I got everything updated again and Davinci Resolve stopped recognizing the graphics properly.

So... I managed to do a thing  
This required a FEW steps but I got Davinci Resolve running on Budgie 25.10!
