Hey all just a reminder for anyone planning to come hang in the stream today. I have a dental appointment that was scheduled yesterday but got moved to today. Don't rush it.
Made that mistake after a lumbar puncture (spinal fluid extraction for testing) many years ago, trying to be moving actively when I should have been resting.
Made the recovery much slower.
