ood morning folks. Lots of redundancies in the gaming world lately. It's funny how this thing of taking on people on zero hour contracts works out for these companies. Pay off the people who did a lot of work for you, but give them no benefits.
What ever happened to hiring with a proper contract and giving people some security in their lives?

If there are loopholes, they are there by design, put in place by the people who designed it in order to profit from guiding people through the minefield.

Poor management if you'd ask me. This way the company trains an employee and pays for all the mistakes and when the person learned, they let an other company profit from it.
