Just think, it's all come so far, the phone we carry around like a limb, could land a fleet on the moon. But, those old hand built computers were a lot more reliable. Things weren't disposable so built to last.
Yeah right? It is all about planning and budgeting. Supposedly NASA is on track to get back to the moon in 5 years. Will see how that goes. They have a bold plan on all that. But will see how that all comes together.
Its not a processing power issue. More like budget and priorities.
