I am having such a weird day. Last night i slept a full and continous 7 hours. But somehow i am very very sleepy and unable to focus at work.
Its weirdbthat i feel better wheny sleep is short and staggered.

Perhaps being pulled out of a good sleep is more disruptive, because you were more comfortable.
