I dropped mine to 3000MHz and it's been stable since then. Didn't notice any difference in FPS either.

I had that problem when I was using the 2700x and my Vengeance Pro ... I had to dial it down to 3200 max.
Eventually, once I did dial it back. We had a power outage and it fried only one of the modules, and had to do an RMA on it, but I had to check each stick one at a time.

also did you change the XMP setting when you upgraded the memory? It may still be on the old 2400 MHz memory setting.

turn off the XMP boost and see if it works..

if your still using Ryzen 3 3200G then your problem may be that you went higher than 3200 MHz memory

wow this is actually funny.
Last night, I was double checking if I wanted to spend the extra $20 for the G.Skill Trident Z Neo or not when I discovered 2 things. 1 being which one is the Samsung b-die for the G.Skill memory (important for later). But the other was when asked about memory (and this was fairly recent), someone stated that Corsair is horrible at getting binned chips. It seems that Corsair uses Samsung C-die almost exclusively even in their RGB kits. Samsung C-Die is apparently considered… See More
"crap die" because they are the low end of the low end. Most often, you can apparently look up "Corsair version 4.32" issues and find that alot of people have instability even at default XMP profile (i.e. let the board go with the timings rated according to the memory).
So be aware that it might not necessarily be Windows, but you are possibly higher correct that it is faulty in that the XMP profile is just bad.
