Love Lobster but cant see paying the high prices for it all the time? Try this "Mock Lobster" recipe. If you have access to Monkfish then this will make you smile. It makes a great solo meal with your favorite side dish or an amazing complement to a steak for Surf and Turf.

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter melted
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 (6 ounce) fillets
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
Directions
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
* In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, paprika, salt and pepper.
* Place the fish fillets on a non-stick or parchment lined baking sheet. Brush the fillets evenly with the butter mixture and sprinkle the bread crumbs over the tops of each fillet.
* Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
(Optional) - Serve with drawn butter
