I would have to agree with Bagó Tamás about the videos and poles. The product introduction videos and advice could be linked from the product's page. And the "how to" and maintenance videos and other info could be put under a new header plus a link from the appropriate product(s) page.
I live in Australia
I would like to take this opportunity to thank and comment on how good I have found EK's customer service to be.
Although I have been playing with computers since the mid '70s, I have had very limited… See More
funds over the past 20 years due to being on the disability pension. It is only recently that I have started to put together a custom watercooling setup (at this stage only the CPU, but I want to expand to a video card when I get one as I don't have all the components yet (slowly getting the most expensive things for Christmas and birthdays off my friends and relatives after my last gaming set up disappeared when I was burgled about 1 1/2 years ago).
So I have sent off a series of questions to EK and every time they have replied within 24 hours with very helpful advice and tips.
For example - I just got given a used EK Revo D5 pump/reservoir from a friend of a friend who had upgraded his system, but the plugs had been cut off the cables. So EK replied with a wiring diagram for all the wires and also helped when it came to sorting out the best option for me. Instead of wiring it up like before (1 molex power and 1x fan header plugs), since I have to plug it into a fan header anyway to get PWM functions, I am going to wire it up to just the fan header as I have a 3A high powered fan/ water pump header on my motherboard. In EK's reply, they mentioned that other people had also done this conversion successfully - so that helped reassure me that it is OK to perform the modification I am going to do when I get a fan extension cable to butcher.
Already been given a case, PSU and motherboard, plus I have a couple of old HDDs and getting a new TV soon. So all I need now is a CPU, VIdeo card, some gaming peripherals and hopefully a small M.2 NVME SSD to get it running - I wish Christmas would come around faster so I could upgrade from a borrowed i3 4010 NUC. Soo hanging out to play some modern games.
Probably should stop now, would you guess my friends nicknamed me "Harry Have A Chat".
Hope everyone has a great day.

Greetings from Hungary. My ideas would be:
- Product introduction videos
- Product advices
- Poles concerning what kind of new products to develop. For example, I personally would be happy if someone would manufacture again passive water cooling products. I certainely would feel honored if I could contribute to this idea somehow...
- How to videos about system/loop maintenance and so forth..
All the best

I would like to see new products, and builds, where they may apply, perhaps why EKWB solutions are better utilised than air cooling solution videos for practical and cosmetic reasons, and DIY videos? I am from South Africa.

I like it Colorful and bright, of course, it can easily be kitschy, so I prefer to have the ability to match the color and choose where the eye-catcher is. I'm from Germany

Yes please, a good cross section of user builds would be interesting to view. Both stand alone custom loop cooling, as well as your Modular AIO solutions. Lots of folks here are interested to see how EKWB cooled systems look and perform I'm sure!

From South Africa. Where you're products are extremely expensive. Still worth it. Love seeing full watercooled systems
