Just did my morning workout.. looks like things went a little easier this time, earlier this week I needed a 48 hour pause because I overstretched my muscles and they needed more then 24 hours to recover.
Now I did more reps + with more weight added to it. Nothing hardcore though, 11.5kg, 3x10 reps. + pushups 2x10 wide/narrow hands 10 each.
15 minutes a day make those flabby arms go away.
