Small incremental change, or Kaizen as the Japanese call it is the way to go. Small change really does add up and the saying that people overestimate what they can achieve in a week and underestimate what they can achieve in a year, is so true.
One of my favorite authors Graham Greene wrote a lot of books, but did you know he only ever wrote 500… See More
words per day. No more, no less, he would even stop mid-sentence. He seemed to do ok for himself, so what could you introduce into your daily regime that will make you glad you did in a years time?
Unfortunately, the more I think something is wrong, the more I procrastinate. Then nothing gets done. It's frustrating.

I implemented a candy box next to my PC when I was stressful a lot
Idk, it worked, I'd eat a bit more sugar daily but I was happy
Also, one thing I implemented that works wonders. If I feel like something is wrong, but I am not sure what is it, I take a 10 minutes to meditate
