After 1 week of arguing and fighting with ULTRA VPN i eventually got them to see that they had charged me 3 times for there service, they persistently stated that they had only charged me twice and refunded the amout that the they incorrectly charged me, I thought it was all over and done with nice refund for what they charged me for so i went on to use there software on my laptop but to my suprise it didnt work. Me giving them the benefit of the doubt i tried all steps to try getting it to work… See More
including uninstalling my AV and disabling windows defender as they advised me to, to find that it had made no difference at all, so it was time for phone call 7 and at thos point i was seriously annoyed and demanded a refund of the final payment that was on my account.
This is where it gets interesting and dont know how they came to the conclusions even with evidence that i even sent them via email that they didnt owe me any money and that they had already paid all payments on my account, i asked them to esculate it higher to ve told that there was no one any higher so i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor or manager to be told there was no manager or supervisor available, this was the case each time i phoned them. I continued to ask for the payment that the owed me since i wanted to cancel the service and i was within my 30 days cancellation use due to software failiure, they insisted that they didnt owe me anything so i emailed my bank statement with the 3 transactions and still denied the charges and this went on for 2 days.
To my suprise i recieved an email from ULTRA VPN stating that they were in the wrong and did charge me 3 times i was very suprised as they also apologised for the inconvenience.
I think the thing i am trying to say is do not use ULTRA VPN as there sevice is totally abysmal and the staff really dont care at all even with evidence.
looks really expensive too
